Samtastic! Review: M.I.A.'s Born Free Video

I am not sure how I feel about this. It's pretty much "super extreme to the max" for a music video, it's obviously trying to make a point, which I am not sure it makes...but it goes well with the song, and although almost gory, it is visually awesome. It was kind of hard to sit through.

So, I guess when I originally heard about this I thought Mad Decent was going to remix Yeasayer's song O.N.E.. But I checked it out further, and you apparently can enter the contest with a remix of your own! I guess you can download what you need from their website for free, so all you DJ types should give it a whirl...

Samtastic! Review: Pantha Du Prince is one cool cat...

I guess this is a snippet of a documentary Pantha Du Prince is making or maybe it's being made about him? First of all, what an awesome name, just the sound of it is impressive, but if you read what he is saying in the subtitles, I think you will understand how cool this cat really is...I think I need to check out this album Black Noise, the concept is really interesting.

I think I like Yeasayer so much because they are what I think it looks like inside a rainbow, they like color and gradients and shiny lights and loud loud amazing music.
