Kings Of Convenience's new album called Declaration of Dependence has finally arrived. Here is a live version of the song 24-25. This album could not have arrived at a better time, their music is so fall-like to me. Sun on your face, driving around, or laying out somewhere under blue skies and clouds...whether you can do these things or not, this is how this album makes me feel.

We are proud to announce the addition of YEASAYER to the Secretly Canadian roster. The band has signed on to release the follow up to 2007's All Hour Cymbals early next year. The highly-anticipated sophomore release, ODD BLOOD, is due out February 9, 2010 and Yeasayer will premiere songs from the album at a special show at NYC's Guggenheim Museum on October 30. The band will also appear at Austin's Fun Fun Fun Fest on November 7.

Samtastic! Review: Disney & Dali? "DESTINO"

I wonder how much of this is really Salvador Dali & Walt Disney's actual artwork? It screams Dali the whole time, except maybe the woman Character, she is more Disney. The song accompanying this is beautiful, and the whole thing is pretty mesmerizing. It's just beautiful.

So, check it out, it's pretty interesting, and has nothing to do with kids...

So, needless to say, but I will anyway, this show was pretty damn amazing! The Earl never disappoints as a venue. Kyp Malone was selling their gear before the show and he seems super nice, I talked to him for about 30 seconds, and he just wants everyone to enjoy the music. Check out the other pics I posted. I would recommend checking out Rain Machine, and also Sharon Van Etten, her voice is mesmerizing!

So excited, this video is great, the song is great! I may never get over the fact that Andrew Stockdale looks sort of like Aughra from the 80's movie The Dark Crystal! BUT who cares, the whole band is new except for him, he is the voice, and they are going to bring it live I think!

Ahhhhh, a breath of fresh air! I love this band so much, just great, effortless chilled out folk music! I pre-ordered this album, but it doesn't come out until 10/20in the US. This video is exactly how I always see this band in my mind, even the color of the film or the treatment of it, it's like they are stuck in the late 60's or early 70's.
