To get or NOT to get a dog

So, I have this major decision to make = To get or NOT to get a dog.

Animals are a wonderful addition to your life, my whole life I have had several (and I mean close to 100)pets of all kinds of species.

Cats are my favorite. I unfortunately can't have a cat right now, due to someone else's allergies...and I really can't have a dog either...but there are puppies, and I might go look at them and then I will definitely have a next to impossible time saying NO.

Dogs are great companions, everyone (pretty much) loves them, they play, walk, and love...3 things I feel I really need.

On the other hand, they can be HUUUUGGGGEEE pains in the ass. I won't have the freedom I have now, and a dog costs money...a little or a lot of money, depending on the dog.

Uggghhh, maybe I just won't go and see the puppies, out of sight out of mind kind of thing...
